Benjamin Agyei-Owusu is a Part-Time Lecturer at the Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) School of Business and a Course Facilitator at the Institute of Distance Learning of KNUST. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) and Master of Business Administration (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) degree from KNUST School of Business.

Experience (Research/ Work)

His areas of research interest include supply chain management, information systems, and quality management. Benjamin’s research works have been published in internationally reputable journals such as;

• International Journal of Information Management,

• Benchmarking: an International Journal, Management Research Review,

• International Journal of Logistics Systems and Management, and

• AIS Transactions on Replication Research.

His scholarly works have been published in the proceedings of top international conferences including Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), International Federation of Information Processing (IFIP) Conference Proceedings and Proceedings of the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI).
