These technologies help businesses connect different parts of their supply chain, make smarter decisions, and optimize operations.
In this distinguished lecture, Professor Zhao will explore the connection between supply chain innovation and business model transformation. He will examine the forces driving supply chain digitalization and its role in shaping global competitive advantages.
The session will also explore emerging research opportunities, based on his extensive work with companies across multiple sectors.
