Supply Chain Action Network Meeting

In today’s fast-paced global economy, the integration of data analytics and fintech into supply chain management represents a transformative leap forward. On April 8, CARISCA will convene a Supply Chain Action Network (SCAN) meeting to shine a spotlight on harnessing these technologies to unlock unprecedented efficiency, enhance financial inclusion and promote sustainability within the supply chain ecosystem. This event serves as a crucial platform for stakeholders across the spectrum to collaborate on, learn and pioneer strategies that will define the future of supply chain management.

The full-day SCAN meeting will feature two keynote speakers, a panel discussion and breakout group sessions, with plenty of time for Q&A. The agenda also includes a lunch break and brief presentations on CARISCA, Strathmore University Business School and the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management, which are collaborating on the event.

The two keynote speakers, Maurice Mashiwa from Serano Africa and Vincent Omwenga from Strathmore University, will address the meeting topic through the lens of agriculture and healthcare, respectively. Panel discussions and breakout sessions will cover a number of sub-themes:
